By creating an account on The Protocol ("the Platform"), operated by The Protocol by Angel Dev SAS ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The Protocol is a SaaS nutrition coaching platform that provides personalized macro targets, meal planning tools, a curated food catalog, AI-powered nutrition advice, progress tracking, and optional access to certified nutrition coaches. The Platform is available via web browser at alprotocol.com and as a progressive web application (PWA).
To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, display name, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
The Platform offers three individual subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Expert) and gym/enterprise plans. Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and US Dollar (USD) on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Payment methods: We accept manual bank transfers (Morocco) and PayPal payments. Payment details are displayed in your billing area after you select a plan.
Activation process: After making a payment, you must upload a payment receipt (PDF or image) through the Platform. Our admin team will review and approve or reject the payment within 24-48 business hours. Your subscription will be activated upon approval.
Renewals: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder email before your subscription expires. To continue your access, you must submit a new payment before your current period ends.
Grace period: If your subscription expires without renewal, you will enter a 7-day grace period during which your data is preserved but access to premium features is restricted. After the grace period, your account will be suspended until a new payment is submitted and approved.
Once a payment has been approved and your subscription has been activated, no refunds will be issued. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time. In exceptional circumstances (such as accidental duplicate payments or billing errors), refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of our admin team. The Platform does not provide medical advice. All nutrition guidance, macro targets, meal suggestions, and AI-powered recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, nutrition program, or exercise routine, especially if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions. We are not responsible for any health consequences that may result from following the nutrition guidance provided by the Platform or its coaches.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, meal recipes, the food catalog, and AI-generated content, is the property of The Protocol by Angel Dev SAS or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or its content without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users of the Platform, or is otherwise objectionable. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
